LOPD, LSSI Data Protection Privacy Policy
As stated in Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December about Personal Data Protection, SINDOSA S.A. informs the User that there is an automated file with personal data called Web Users whose main function is to attend information requests received through the web registered in the R.G.P.D. (General Register of Data Protection).
Sending and Registering personal data
The sending of personal data is obligatory in order to contact and receive information about the services provided by the Foundation for Data Protection. Likewise, by not facilitating the requested personal data, by not accepting the data protection policy, means that it is impossible to subscribe, register or receive these services.
In accordance with what is established in Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December about Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of you sending personal data will be incorporated into a file held by SINDOSA S.A. domiciled at Parque Tecnológico Edificio 805, 48160, Derio (Vizcaya) having implemented all the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/ 2007 of the 21st of December.
Exactitude and veracity of data provided
The User who sends information to SINDOSA S.A. is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating SINDOSA S.A. of any responsibility regarding the data provided.
The users guarantee and answer to, in all cases, the exactitude, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and they are committed to keep them duly updated. The user accepts to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription formula.
SINDOSA S.A. does not answer to the veracity of information that is not its own or that is indicated by another source, for which it does not assume any responsibility regarding any hypothetical damages that could arise from the use of said information.
SINDOSA S.A. is exonerated from any responsibility for any damages that the User could incur as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by SINDOSA S.A. as long as it comes from sources out with SINDOSA S.A.
Cession of data to third party
SINDOSA S.A. will not cede personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being ceded to any third party, previous information will be produced asking for the explicit consent of the affected party.
Exercising rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose
You can send your communiqués and exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose by post to Parque Tecnológico Edificio 805, 48160, Derio (Vizcaya) or by e-mail at sindosa@sindosa.com along with valid legal proof, like a photocopy of your I.D. and indicating "DATA PROTECTION" in the subject.
Acceptance and consent
The User declares to have been informed about the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the treatment of the same by SINDOSA S.A., in the way and with the ends indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Changes to this privacy policy
SINDOSA S.A. reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as industry practices. In such a supposition, SINDOSA S.A. will announce in this page those changes introduced and with reasonable notice so they can be put into practice.
